These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to shipments booked with ICL Express USA, a service brand of Sri Balaji Max Mail Private Limited. By using the website or booking a shipment, you agree to these terms.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide, such as weight, dimensions, destination and service. The final charge may change if the actual shipment differs from the details provided, or if carrier, fuel or customs charges apply.
You are responsible for accurate shipper and recipient details, a truthful description and value of the contents, suitable packaging, and the documents required for export and import.
You must not ship prohibited or restricted items except where a specialist service has been agreed in advance and the relevant regulations are met. See our shipping guidelines.
International shipments may be inspected, delayed or held by customs authorities. Duties, taxes and clearance charges are the responsibility of the shipper or recipient as agreed at booking, unless otherwise stated.
Transit times are estimates, not guarantees, unless a guaranteed service is expressly confirmed in writing. Delays can be caused by weather, customs, carrier networks and other events outside our control.
Our liability for loss or damage is limited as set out in your booking confirmation and the terms of the carriers we use, and is subject to applicable law. Additional cover may be available on request.
Charges are payable in US dollars as set out on your quote or invoice. See Payments for accepted methods.
