How we accept, pack, ship and deliver your shipments from the USA.

We offer domestic US shipping and international courier, economy, freight and gift delivery services from the United States. See all services.
Most documents and general goods can be shipped. Some items are prohibited or restricted by US export rules, destination rules or carrier policies. Check our international guidelines and domestic guidelines before booking.
Shipments must be packed securely to withstand normal handling. We can advise on packaging, and packing services may be available on request.
International shipments need accurate descriptions and values and the required export and import documents. Duties and taxes at destination are charged by customs authorities and are not included unless agreed at booking.
You can arrange a pickup or drop off at a supported location. See locations.
Transit times are estimates and depend on the service, destination and customs clearance. Every shipment gets a tracking number; you can follow it on our tracking page.
Deliveries are made to the address provided. If delivery is not possible, the carrier may attempt again, leave a notice or hold the shipment for collection.
